History:
11/07/91 Release 3.09 Corrects probelm within the SWITCH program
if using multinode system. Switch would change EVERYONE that
was using an alias back to REAL NAME instead of just the
user that was logging off. New Commandline parameter added to
the switch file (PCBOARD.SYS) file...SEE THE SWITCH.DOC for
details. This includes instructions for use of NITE-SW.exe
09/14/91 Release 3.08 Corrects problem of changing sysops name to
"SYSOP" if not using real name.
08/28/91 Release 3.07 Forgot to turn off sysops name change. Will
complete in next version. Fixed.
08/22/91 Release 3.06 Fixes communication problem if user was using
a 16650a uart chip. Correctly handles three part names.
Corrects security problem if security level was above 127.
07/31/91 Release 3.05 Fixes the problem of Incognito not recognizing
conference numbers over 255. This problem has existed all along
we just never had conferences over 255.
07/27/91 Release 3.04 Fixed a problem with Messages read and
Messages Left. Incognito was reading the wrong place
in memory when rewriting the figures. Fixed!
07/22/91 Release 3.03 Fixed problem with security level being
changed back to original if users record was updated by
another means. Incognito now only accepts what security
level is passed to it by PCBoard.
06/25/91 Release 3.02 Corrected problem networks were having due
to a problem with the way Borland C++ swaps memory.
05/05/91 Release 3.01 Fixed a problem when security levels 10 or
13 were used. Corrected problems concerning file shareing.
Increased file access speeds. Corrected problem when carrier
lost at Alias Name Input Prompt.
03/23/91 Release 3.0 Complete rewrite in Borland C++. This version
incorporates seperate security levels, auto registration in
conferences etc... (Read the INC.DOC file for further details)

12/20/90 Release 2.3ß (Beta). Corrected problem with Users.Inf file when a
TPA is installed.
12/16/90 Release 2.2ß (Beta). Forgot to add the ANSI check in the code.
Remote users would see the Color Control codes. So much for the
trials and tribulations of using new DoorFrames.
12/14/90 Released 2.1ß (Beta). Corrected minor bugs, Recompiled using
Doorframe with QBSerial comm routines.
12/09/90 Release 2.0ß (Beta). Up to 30 conferences allowed (Registered
version). Conference numbers up to 65535 allowed. New Opening
Screen. New feature to allow pre determined security level get
sysop screen. New feature to allow editing of alias names.
08/09/90 Program would crash if user used SYSOP instead of Real Name.
Fixed! Released as INCOGNITO Ver 1.15 (Maintenance Release)
07/18/90 Program 'SWITCH' now exists to supplement INCOGNITO. Switch
is a utility to run in a batch file to change all names back
to original names and security levels. Helps correct corrupted
users and users.inf files.
07/16/90 Added support for the sysop to select which message base to
write the messages in. (Release 1.2)
07/15/90 Corrected Network File Sharing problem introduced in Version
1.0. Updated documentation in this release. Released as version
1.1
07/10/90 Corrected problem where security level user originally logged
in with was the only security level written to the users file.
Incognito now reads the security level each time and stores it
properly in the INC users file.
07/09/90 Corrected problem of command issuing a Zero if anything
other than a Conference Number was entered.
Cleaned up Conference Selection menu. Looks alot neater
Also corrected colors on opening screen.
07/08/90 Created utility to reset all names and security levels
